Service to smaller airports/Air taxis

So, does anyone think this idea has any merit?  At $600 to $700 per hour, isn’t this still too pricey for the average business traveler?  Or, do you think cities like Indianapolis could leverage this?  What about medium size companies?  Maybe I should get my pilot license and do charters.
