A cool story about Harrison Ford

I didn’t know this until today, so I’m sure this will be enlightening to others also. I like stories like this.  It’s nice to know that some of the Hollywood types are DOING something, instead of just talking about it.  I was reading up on the air show in Wisconsin when I saw an interesting article on their website about outdoor movies each night on a five story high screen.  Tomorrow night, Mr. Ford is introducing the movie, Air Force One, which he starred in. Why is Harrison Ford there?  He’s the chairman of the EAA Young Eagles, taking over from none other than Chuck Yeager.  I wish I had known of Young Eagles when I was a kid.  Things might be different now.

"Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first." Mark Twain

Quote 2

From Marine Corps Chaplain Father Dennis O'Brien: "It is the soldier, not the poet who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who gives the protester the right to burn the flag." found on: www.robreider.com
