Reno Air Races – requests

August 16, 2006 at 11:59 pm Leave a comment

I have two requests for anyone attending the Reno Air Races next month.  First, if any teams, crew members, or pilots are keeping a blog, please let me know.  I’d be happy to link to you and add you to my RSS feed.  Also, if there any fans doing the same, I’d love to hear from you.  Section 3, I found your message board – thanks!

I am unable to go this year, unless by some stretch of a chance (my second request) you have an extra street in a private plane you are flying out that way and would like to drag an extra fan along with you for the weekend.  I’d be happy to chip in on expenses. I just don’t have a lot of time left to take from work this year 😦

From Marine Corps Chaplain Father Dennis O'Brien: "It is the soldier, not the poet who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who gives the protester the right to burn the flag." found on: www.robreider.com
