Thunder Over Reno: Isabella St. James

In the Thunder Over Reno arena, Isabella St. James, one of the actresses from the movie, has a post on her MySpace account about the movie.  I’m really looking forward to this movie.  It seems we can create a lot of crap for people to watch lately (like Jackass), and cool things like air racing do not get too much press.  Of course, there is always the worry that the movie will be flop – but we won’t know until Summer of 2007.  I’ve heard rumors around the air racing community that their will be some good racing footage in the movie – and that is exactly what I’m after.  So – fingers crossed!

Here’s a few fun things from the air racing/air show community:

The first Rocket League Racer (X-Racer) has been named “Thunderhawk” – personally, I’m very excited about this. I’m a born again air race fan, and think this is a very cool next step.

Jeffrey Archer has posted some nice pictures from Miramar.

"Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first." Mark Twain

From Marine Corps Chaplain Father Dennis O'Brien: "It is the soldier, not the poet who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who gives the protester the right to burn the flag." found on:
