Find your own happiness project

Yep.  It sounds corny, but I’ve already found some good advise on this blog, The Happiness Project, so I’m going to share it.  I have a quick temper.  Lately, I’ve been better at keeping it in check.  I scared myself with a road rage incident a couple of months ago (might be another post if I’m pushed).  That, and the holidays are here, and for some reason I’m a lot more into it this year than I have been in a while.  I digress – Gretchen has some advise about keeping the temper in check.  I think I’ll take this advise and try these tips.  I can use all the help I can get.

Thanks to Ben for sharing this one.  Ben shares a few things about Gretchen.  She qualifies to give me advise.

"Don't go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first." Mark Twain

Quote 2

From Marine Corps Chaplain Father Dennis O'Brien: "It is the soldier, not the poet who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who gives the protester the right to burn the flag." found on:
