Here’s what I could dig up on the days events.  Boy!  I wish I was there giving you this info first hand:

Some new qualifying records were posted in the following classes:  Jet, Sport, IF1.

Pictures from the RGJ.

Galloping Ghost could not be completed on time, so is not flying this year as we all had hoped.  Bummer!  But Good Luck guys for next year! [AAFO].

And so much more!  Visit AAFO – Those guys do such a great job of posting updates and fantastic pictures.  Like I said last year – there is no way I can keep up with it all.  They cover it well.  I’ll be tuning in for more.  You should too.

From Marine Corps Chaplain Father Dennis O'Brien: "It is the soldier, not the poet who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who gives the protester the right to burn the flag." found on: www.robreider.com
